Mr. Aravind Gopal is a sustainability and policy professional with a background in law and development studies. He holds a master’s degree in Sustainable Development Practice from TERI School of Advanced Studies and a BBA LLB (Hons.) from Christ University.
As part of his minor and major project internships at GIZ India, he contributed to the Adaptive Social Protection for Vulnerable Communities through Enhanced Rural Resilience (AVCERR) project, engaging with themes of climate change adaptation and rural development policy. His work with the Indo-German Biodiversity Programme centered on the techno-legal aspects of biodiversity conservation and intellectual property related to local knowledge.
Aravind has over two years of work experience in content and research consulting, and has completed legal internships under advocates at the High Court of Kerala, Supreme Court of India, and the Department of Law, Government of Kerala.
