Our collaboration with Mungipa Trade Links Pvt. Ltd. (MTL) focused on integrating sustainability into two landmark projects for the Government of Sikkim, aligning them with GRIHA certification standards (v16 and v19). The first project, Khangchendzonga State University at Tarku in East Sikkim, spans 17 acres with a budget of ₹580 crores, while the second, Brindaban Dham, is an eco-tourism pilgrimage complex in Dodak, West Sikkim, covering 10 acres at a cost of ₹240 crores.
For these projects, we provided expert guidance on optimizing the microclimate, ensuring thermal and visual comfort, and implementing energy-efficient heating and ventilation systems. Our inputs also addressed comprehensive water management strategies and the integration of renewable energy solutions, ensuring both projects achieve high sustainability benchmarks. This collaboration underscores a commitment to environmentally conscious development, enhancing the ecological, cultural, and social value of these projects in the region.
